The mandate of this project was to design a poster announcing the Dawson College 2023 Graphic Design exhibition and catch the attention of potential attendees. The poster had to reflect elements of design and offer the possibility to expand upon different applications. After two rounds of votes, the winning poser is chosen for the exhibition.

Since graphic design is all about typography, colors, alignments, shapes and lines, the poster was designed with these elements in mind. The bright and bold colours are used to create a sense of excitement and energy around the event. The bold 23 with the inverted colors creates a dramatic positive and negative shape, making it noticeable from a far and visually intriguing.
The result is a bold and typographic dual poster that is eye-catching and exciting. I was quite happy with the result, it got first place in faculty vote and was runner up for the final round of voting :)
